Infant

The Infant Room is calm and nurturing, equipped with a variety of toys and tools designed to support your child’s growth and learning every day. The age group in the Infant Room ranges from approximately 6 weeks to 15 months old. Young infants engage in supervised tummy time with musical play mats and mirrors, aiding in the development of neck and back muscles. Older infants participate in various songs and activities to further their developmental milestones.

We follow the Houghton Mifflin, “Healthy Beginnings Early Learning Guidelines,” and Frogstreet curriculums, tailoring weekly lesson plans to foster your child’s physical, social, emotional, cognitive, and language development. Our enriching weekly plans include a mix of songs, sign language, process and product art, and Spanish to enhance learning experiences. You can explore the “Healthy Beginnings Early Learning Guidelines” in more detail at Healthy Beginnings and learn more about the Frogstreet Infant Curriculum at Frogstreet Infant.

Infants relish their daily outdoor time, whether it’s a pleasant stroll in our stroller or exploratory activities on our playground. As infants grow, they gradually transition to new stages. After turning one year old, they move from cribs to cots and begin adapting to the toddler schedule.
